help in the self employed business.?

basically ive posted one of theses before saying im not sure what business to run. ive been thinking about it and i would like to run a hotel – pub – resturant kind of thing. for the people who havnt read the other post basically im fourteen, ive got lots of backing behind me with the business idea. im just not sure how to set it up or deal with the money. if anyone has any answers on how i start up, just gennerally talking me through it all step by step or if theres any self emoployed people out there wether its easy , hard. and wether its worth trying it out or will i fall flat on my face? i believe i can do this and want to have a well paid job so that i can have a big house and a nice car when im older [ every girls dream ] i just want to know if this will allow me to fullfill my dream and how hard this will be? thankyou so much if you help !! because as ive said i have no clue and would really love you help. love stephany xxxxxx
